Where would you implement the code to make a full screen webpage [on hold]

This will be my first time creating a website from the ground up and I would like to get some insight on how to implement a full screen site as well as some problems that may arise from it.

I really like the design and layout of sites like uCast and spree.

Since I am using ASP.net would this be implemented in the Master page or would this be implemented in the .ASPX file for each specific page on the site?
